1. Who We Are

PeptideWise is operated by Live Vital LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). PeptideWise is a purely educational resource — we do not sell medications, provide medical services, or process payments on this site. 2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you unlock your Symptom Checker results or a personalized protocol, we ask for your email address and, optionally, your first name and phone number. By submitting this form you consent to receive educational emails and periodic marketing communications from Live Vital LLC. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit PeptideWise, our analytics providers automatically collect standard usage data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected via:

  • Google Analytics — Google may set cookies and collect usage data subject to Google’s own privacy policy. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out tool.
  • Vercel Analytics — Privacy-focused, cookieless analytics provided by Vercel, Inc. No personal identifiers are stored by Vercel.

Local storage

We store a small flag in your browser’s localStorage (key: peptidewise_unlocked) to remember that you have already submitted the lead form so you are not asked again. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the educational content you requested (protocol results, symptom checker output).
  • To send you educational email newsletters and marketing communications about peptide therapy, Live Vital MD services, and related health topics.
  • To analyze site usage and improve the quality of PeptideWise content.
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Supabase — our database provider. Email addresses submitted via the lead capture form are stored in Supabase’s cloud infrastructure.
  • Google LLC — analytics (see Section 2).
  • Vercel, Inc. — site hosting and analytics (see Section 2).

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Live Vital LLC, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies

PeptideWise does not set its own cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to distinguish users and sessions. You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 2.

6. Age Restriction

PeptideWise is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@livevital.io and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and any other submitted information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@livevital.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications (unsubscribe link in every email).
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

PeptideWise links to external sites (e.g., PubMed, the Healthie booking platform, Instagram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PeptideWise after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
