1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeptideWise (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. PeptideWise is operated by Live Vital LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using PeptideWise, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must immediately stop using the Site.

3. Educational Purpose Only — Not Medical Advice

All content on PeptideWise — including peptide profiles, protocol recommendations, symptom checker results, research summaries, articles, and any notes attributed to Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Peptide therapies carry potential risks and should only be considered under the supervision of a qualified, licensed healthcare provider who has evaluated your individual health history. Live Vital LLC does not sell medications, prescribe treatments, or provide any clinical services through PeptideWise.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of PeptideWise does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD, Live Vital LLC, or any affiliated party. A doctor-patient relationship is established only through a formal clinical encounter with a licensed provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PeptideWise — including text, data compilations, graphics, and code — is the property of Live Vital LLC or its content providers and is protected by United States copyright law. You may read and share content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site at scale.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to it.

By submitting your email address through any form on PeptideWise, you consent to receive educational and marketing emails from Live Vital LLC. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us at privacy@livevital.io. Transactional or legally required communications are not subject to opt-out.

8. Third-Party Links

PeptideWise contains links to third-party websites, including PubMed, the Healthie booking platform, and Instagram. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVE VITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live Vital LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
